Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed, advising patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care focused on the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Required: Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher. Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and solve complex problems concerning patient well‑being. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and ensuring patient care objectives are met.
