The facility operates across multiple settings including a Level I Trauma Center, a Level III Trauma Center, and an Outpatient Surgical Center, supporting a highly collaborative and expanding anesthesia team of 50+ employed physicians.

Job Details:

• Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists practicing across a Level I Trauma Center, Level III Trauma Center, and Outpatient Surgical Center
• Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of cases including high-acuity trauma, obstetrics, major spine procedures, general surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal procedures
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in a manageable and equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance, including weekend call as part of the shared rotation
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties
• Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced anesthesiologists
• Optional participation in leadership and teaching opportunities
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared success
• Board-Eligible (within 5 years) or Board-Certified in Anesthesiology required
• Active Colorado Medical License required (or willingness to obtain)
• Active DEA required (must be obtained prior to start)
• Required certifications include ACLS and BLS
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, active) required at time of presentation
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
• This is a full-time, employed permanent placement opportunity - no locum or locum-to-perm arrangements
