What You’ll Do

• Conduct intakes, behavioral assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, etc.), and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide high‑quality, in‑person supervision, case oversight, and hands‑on training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Review clinical data, update programming based on client progress, and run collaborative parent training sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and support a positive, ethical, and family‑centered clinic culture.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Ability to work full‑time in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
• Strong leadership, clinical mentorship, and communication skills.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred

• Experience running assessments and developing clinic-based treatment plans.
• Experience supervising and training RBTs or mentoring student analysts.
