Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Qualified Autism Services Practitioner–Supervisor (In Clinic/Hybrid) - Augusta, Georgia
\nWhat You'll Do:
\nAs a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based ABA services.

- Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans \n
- Analyze client data and make programming adjustments to support progress \n
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) \n
Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment
\n- \n
- Complete progress reports and clinical documentation \n
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, and other clinical evaluations \n
- Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients \n
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure exceptional outcomes \n
Requirements:

Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
\n - \n
Must reside within commuting distance of Augusta, GA
\n - \n
Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
\n - \n
Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs
\n - \n
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
\n - \n
Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based care
\n
