Schedule: Salaried, average 45 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Support the General Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and guest service.
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring consistent execution of C&J BBQ standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver great hospitality and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with labor management, food cost control, and operational decision‐making.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and health department standards.
• Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance through strong leadership and communication.

What We Offer

• 5 vacation days + 5 sick days after 1 year
