Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Job Schedule: Full time

Weekly Hours: 32.00

Salary Range: $35.00 - $48.00

Department Details

$10,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in 2 increments ($5,000 at 6 months and $5,000 at 1 year) 10 hour shifts Mon-Fri starting at 0630 Call every 4th to 5th weekend 0630 Friday until 0630 Monday, and one night a week of call from end of shift until 0630 the next morning Call required 1 weeknight/week

Responsibilities

* Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions

* Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care

* Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care

* Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
