Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Role: Dialysis Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Provide home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Assess patients, develop and update personalized care plans, and train patients and caregivers on home treatments. Manage vascular and peritoneal access, monitor lab results, and respond to complications promptly. Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring accurate documentation in EMR. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical knowledge of dialysis procedures, excellent patient assessment skills, and ability to educate patients and caregivers. Proficiency in managing vascular/peritoneal access and monitoring labs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
