Diagnose and repair mechanical components of these systems.Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations. Have client sign necessary paperwork.Ability to make ethical and responsible decisions while keeping the customer and our company interests in mind.Provide sales personnel with qualified leads and opportunities.What will help you succeed:You may be a strong fit if you bring:5 years of experience with maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC services issues or at least 3 years of experience performing maintenance on your own for a company.Competencies on troubleshooting systems up to 100 tons.Understanding on how to properly charge HVAC systems with various types of refrigerants by using superheat and subcooling.Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and be able and willing to operate company-owned vehicles.A collaborative approach, personal accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
