# NOW HIRING: QUALITY CONTROL OPERATOR

** Salem, OH**
** Full-Time | Manufacturing**

Mancan Staffing is looking for a **Quality Control Operator** to join a local manufacturing facility in Salem!

### Job Duties:

* Perform quality control and inspection tasks.
* Operate light machinery and equipment.
* Measure parts using **micrometers and calipers**.
* Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and tight tolerances.
* Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate and consistent quality throughout production.

### What We're Looking For:

* Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.
* Experience using micrometers and calipers is a plus.
* Ability to work with tight tolerances.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good attendance and reliability.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
