In this full-time contract position, you’ll serve on-site providing essential therapy services from now through the end of the school year. Key Qualifications and Background:

• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, student assessments, and progress monitoring
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working on-site in a school setting with students across K-12th grades

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and document findings
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s abilities
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize therapy outcomes
• Track progress, complete necessary documentation, and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Foster a supportive, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all students
