Production Manager – Marine HVAC

We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations, oversee marine HVAC projects, manage technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout South Florida.

What You'll Do

• Manage scheduling and deployment of technicians
• Oversee HVAC installation and service projects from start to finish
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and vendors
• Monitor project timelines, costs, productivity, and quality
• Lead, train, and mentor production and field teams
• Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Maintain customer communication and satisfaction
• Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of management experience in HVAC, marine, manufacturing, construction, or field service operations

✔ Strong project coordination and scheduling skills

✔ Experience leading teams and improving operational performance

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job management software

✔ Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

⭐ Marine HVAC experience

⭐ Knowledge of chilled water systems, marine refrigeration, and vessel operations

⭐ HVAC certification or technical training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
