Strategic Legal Recruiting Coordinator

Polsinelli is seeking a Legal Recruiting Admin Coordinator to support lateral attorney recruiting and law school engagement in offices such as Kansas City, St. Louis, or Chicago.
The role involves coordinating candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records in the ATS, while liaising with attorneys, external recruiters, and candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and discretion.
