Practice with Impact. Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Jacksonville team. Our leadership team consists of experienced Behavior Analysts who understand the responsibility and impact of your role-and who are committed to providing meaningful mentorship and collaboration. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals Implement and oversee ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online platform Ensure compliance with ethical and payor standards What You Bring Active BCBA certification Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services preferred (not required) Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $80,000+, plus performance-based bonuses (Tiered compensation structure for BCBAs certified 1+ years)

• 2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months
