Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician - Willingness to travel 65% Our client is looking for hardworking, a motivated Field Service Technician to join their team. This role requires heavy hands-on and customer-facing skills. This individual's focus will be coolant/product trials, fluid management, troubleshooting, and customer support. In-person customer visits, check and monitor sumps, troubleshoot fluid-related issues, support machine cleanouts and charge-ups. Monitor product performance at test sites and collect samples. Diagnose malfunctions and operating errors. Record daily activities by completing CRM reporting and follow ups. Adhere to safety guidelines. What do you bring? Strong customer facing skills. Willingness to travel (60% some overnight travel required) High School Diploma or GED is required. Previous metalworking-fluid or coolant experience preferred.
