Inhospital Physicians / Seven Star is seeking

experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

to join our Emergency Medicine teams at three community hospital Emergency Departments in

Hemet, Menifee, and Victorville, CA . These are full-time W2 positions with a comprehensive benefits package, working 12-hour shifts in a

fast-paced, team-based environment . You ll work alongside board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians and other APPs, seeing a broad range of patient acuities with strong physician mentorship and infrastructure in place. Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care in the Emergency Department for patients of all ages and acuity

Perform evaluations, procedures (as credentialed), and coordinate care under physician supervision

Assist in rapid responses and emergency stabilization

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR

Collaborate effectively with ED staff and consulting teams

Requirements:

Licensed

PA-C

or

NP (FNP or AGACNP preferred)

in the state of California or eligibility to obtain

Minimum

1 year of Emergency Medicine experience

(hospital-based strongly preferred)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred

Strong clinical judgment, confidence in fast-paced settings, and a team-oriented mindset

Physical Demands:

This physician/APP role requires stamina in fast-paced healthcare: prolonged standing/walking (8-12 hrs/shift); rapid emergency movement (sprints, crowds); lifting/carrying 25-50 lbs equipment; pushing/pulling 100 lbs (beds/carts) with aid; frequent bending/stooping/kneeling for care; constant reaching/fine motor skills (suturing/IVs); occasional climbing/balancing; tolerating stressors (temps, noise, fluids, hazards) during irregular shifts/on-call/infection risks accommodations for disabilities; varies by setting (clinic/ER).
