Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee case files from inception to resolution, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Negotiate liens
• Handle Medicare & Medical claims
• Draft demand letters
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any inquiries.
• Utilize document management systems for efficient filing and retrieval of case-related documents.
• Collaborate with team members on tasks to ensure timely completion
• Duties as assigned

Experience

• Proven experience in a law office setting
• Familiarity with personal injury law.
• Strong writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated clerical experience including filing and administrative tasks along with strong phone etiquette.
