LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT/CASE MANAGER-Must Speak Spanish

Younessi Law is in need of a full-time experienced Litigation Case Manager/Legal assistant who can support the attorney to handle all aspects of litigation cases. The Case Manager/Legal Assistant will help with case management of litigation, case reviews, interview clients or client translations, gather facts and retrieve information, drafts and collects legal documents, complete tasks, and communicate with clients. The applicant will assist with drafting shells for discovery, notices, motion templates, declarations, complaints, summons, civil case cover sheets, efiling, trial preparation.
