This permanent position offers 12-hour shifts with a manageable 12-shift monthly schedule, giving you the time to enjoy an island lifestyle with warm weather and year-round ocean access. - $375K+ annual earnings as a permanent 1099 provider ($210/hour plus a $5/hour satisfaction bonus)
- 12-hour shifts with only 12 shifts per month - true work-life balance

- Support from skilled Advanced Practice Providers during your shifts

- Deliver emergency care across diverse patient cases during 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
- Perform hands-on procedures and manage acute presentations in a modern healthcare center
- Collaborate with APPs and support staff to ensure efficient patient throughput
- Document using Cerner EMR with Dragon voice recognition
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with emergency department experience
- Florida Medical License or eligibility to obtain
- Current certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Strong procedural skills with experience managing a wide range of emergency cases
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Adaptable, patient-focused, and collaborative approach to care
