$375K+ Annual Earnings | 1099 Compensation ($210/hr + $5/hr Satisfaction Bonus)

The Opportunity

You'll provide emergency medical care in Marathon, Florida - located in the heart of the Florida Keys. This permanent position offers 12-hour shifts with a manageable 12-shift monthly schedule, giving you the time to enjoy an island lifestyle with warm weather and year-round ocean access. Both Miami and Key West are easily accessible from this location.

Your Day-to-Day

Deliver emergency care across diverse patient cases during 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
Perform hands-on procedures and manage acute presentations in a modern healthcare center
Collaborate with APPs and support staff to ensure efficient patient throughput
Document using Cerner EMR with Dragon voice recognition

What We're Looking For

Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with emergency department experience
Florida Medical License or eligibility to obtain
Current certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Strong procedural skills with experience managing a wide range of emergency cases
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Adaptable, patient-focused, and collaborative approach to care
