This full-time position provides licensed professionals the flexibility to work remotely, offering a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on experience and hours worked, along with a sign-on bonus for new team members.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, utilizing your experience in mental health best practices.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor individualized care plans that address the unique needs of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to help them gain insights into their emotional states, encouraging self-awareness and fostering personal growth.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, offering guidance on healthy coping mechanisms.
• Document sessions and outcomes efficiently, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licensing, and a clear disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine, empathetic approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with solution-based therapeutic techniques will be considered advantageous. Additionally, any specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ support, or multicultural counseling will enrich our team.
