ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three who take pride in professionalism, integrity, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I spent 26 years with State Farm in various leadership roles across multiple departments, which gave me a deep understanding of the company and how to best serve both customers and team members.

I attended the University of Akron, where I studied Political Science. I'm also a military veteran and a big basketball fan. Discipline, teamwork, and commitment are values I carry with me from both my military and corporate experience.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eudora Graffaree-Robinson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
