MLR is actively searching for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to become a part of our client's dynamic Emergency Room (ER) team. In this essential position, you will play a critical role in providing life-saving care to patients facing urgent health crises. Your ability to think quickly, apply clinical expertise, and remain composed under pressure will be crucial in ensuring positive outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities for the RN:

• Deliver outstanding and empathetic care to ER patients by assessing, planning, and implementing effective nursing care strategies.
• Perform swift and precise triage, prioritizing care based on the urgency and severity of each patient's condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide a coordinated and thorough approach to patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures while closely monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to facilitate clear communication within the healthcare team.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, treatment options, and necessary follow-up care.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Mexico (required).
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program (required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Capability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care.
