Behavior ClinicianLocation: Servicing Evansville metro area Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $48,000 – $55,000 annuallyAbout the Role: Ireland Home Based Services is seeking an experienced Behavior Clinician to join our team. This role focuses on working with adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. As a Behavior Clinician, you'll work closely with clients, families, and other providers to develop strategies that promote positive behavioral change and enhance the overall well-being of those we serve.Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, or Education Counseling.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those with autism.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Willingness to travel within Posey, Vanderburgh, Warrick, Gibson, Pike, Spencer, and Dubois counties.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.Build and implement behavior intervention plans to replace negative behaviors with positive alternatives.Work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, workplaces, and community spaces.Collaborate with families, educational providers, employers, and other service providers to create consistent strategies for clients.Manage a caseload of long-term cases, with the expectation of maintaining a minimum of 30 hours of engagement per week.Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.Schedule:Typically Monday through Friday.Evening or weekend work may be required on occasion.What We Offer:Company Car Program: Eligible employees are provided a vehicle for both business and personal use, with gas and maintenance covered.Paid Time Off (PTO) to help you balance work and life.7 paid holidays and 1 "Floating" holidayHealth Insurance options to meet your needs.401(k) with company match to support your long-term financial goals.Comprehensive 30-day training program to help you succeed in your role.Opportunities to work in a supportive, client-centered environment.If you're passionate about helping individuals build positive, meaningful change in their lives, we encourage you to apply!
