Workers' Compensation Attorney (Remote) Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year. Location: Primarily remote; regular in-person appearances before WCAB boards in Oakland; occasional travel to Bay Area; periodic meetings at East Bay offices may be required. Core Responsibilities Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution. Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal team members. Collaborate with and help lead support staff to ensure excellent client service. Qualifications 1–5 years of workers’ compensation experience (applicant or defense). Active California Bar license in good standing. Experience handling cases from inception through resolution.
