Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager to lead financial decision support, cost accounting, forecasting, and service line profitability analysis within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong STRATA Jazz, forecasting, cost accounting, and healthcare finance experience .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage STRATA Jazz cost accounting and decision support systems.
• Analyze service line and physician practice profitability and prepare monthly P&Ls and scorecards .
• Develop financial feasibility analyses including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback period .
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Partner with leadership to analyze financial performance and unfavorable budget variances.
• Prepare financial reports for audits, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, and other external reporting.
• Train managers and directors on productivity and financial reporting systems.
• Manage ad hoc financial reporting requests and special projects.
• Mentor Decision Support and financial analysts.
• Support STRATA forecasting module , ERP, and other financial system implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting , Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost accounting, budgeting, and/or decision support.
• Healthcare finance experience required.
• Experience with STRATA Jazz or similar financial software required.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or health administration.
• Financial or healthcare-related certification.
• Hospital contracting and/or reimbursement experience.
• Knowledge of bundled payments and physician reimbursement .
