Shield-Fire is looking for a proactive Dispatcher and "Front Lines" Coordinator to manage the pulse of our office and field operations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, the logistical backbone for our technicians, and the essential link to our accounting department. This role requires a mastery of the Google Suite and CRM tools, and someone who thrives on organization and follow-through. 

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule & Dispatch Mastery: Maintain the Google Calendar and CRM Calendar. You’ll ensure contact info, service types, and any other job-specific info match across platforms and dispatch technicians based on priority.
• Field Support: Ensure technicians are "mission-ready" by printing work orders in advance and flagging material needs to management before the job starts.
• The Information Hub: Act as the office filter by rerouting inquiries that are not customer appointment requests.
• Administrative Flow: Handle occasional incoming deliveries, scan and email completed work orders to the Accounting Dept, and maintain a clean, professional workspace.

Daily Operations

• Customer Service: Manage high-volume phone lines and emails with professional clarity. 20-50 outgoing calls per day. 
• Route Optimization: Plan technician routes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Data Integrity: Accurately enter and maintain all scheduling and service data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in dispatching or office coordination.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, etc.) and experienced with CRM software.
• Communication: Ability to provide clear updates to customers and concise reports to internal personnel.
• Organization: A natural "clean-desk" mentality with a high level of attention to detail.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
