Position Summary:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide both clinical and distribution support to ensure safe, effective, and cost-conscious drug therapy in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff. Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medication orders, offering accurate drug information, monitoring drug therapy, participating in clinical programs, and supervising pharmacy support personnel. This role also includes maintaining compliance with hospital policies, ensuring medication safety, and supporting high-quality patient care across specialized areas when needed.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
• Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist Licensure (or eligibility)
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology and pharmacy regulations
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
