ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1994 and am proud to be a second-generation State Farm agent. Insurance has always been a part of my life, and today that legacy continues with my son, who is also a State Farm agent. Over the years, I've built an agency focused on serving customers, supporting our community, and creating a positive environment for our team.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active as an Ironman triathlete, coaching youth sports, and serving as President of the YMCA Board of Directors. Giving back to the community and helping others succeed has always been important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jeff Eaton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
