I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Risk Control Consultant, bringing a strong background in identifying risks, solving problems, and helping others make informed decisions. Being involved in the community is important to our agency. We stay connected through the Ambox Chapter, United Way, and our local Chamber of Commerce, and we value opportunities to build relationships and give back. Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), a life insurance policy, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As a newer agency, this is also an exciting opportunity to get in early and grow alongside the business. Our culture is competitive and results-driven while still being laid-back and casual. For someone with long-term ambitions, including potentially becoming a State Farm agent one day, this is a great place to develop your skills and career. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Tyler Rude - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
