The family seeks a ROTA nanny, highly qualified with prior experience supporting UHNW families to complete their household team. Ideal Candidate: This caring family is seeking a highly professional, qualified, and experienced ROTA Nanny and Childcare Specialist. This long-term, dynamic role involves full responsibility for the care, development, and well-being of their daughter and son. The role requires a nurturing, structured, and engaging approach tailored to both of the children's developmental stages. Responsibilities include managing feeding routines, planning developmental activities, organizing the nursery, coordinating meals for both children with the household chef, and supervising activities. The nanny should be able to play with and look after both children individually, and together as needed. The daughter and son are currently at different developmental stages, so the candidate must be ready to look after both children together as they grow. The daughter has a confirmed milk and dairy allergy; the ability to quickly address safety concerns is required. The candidate must be able to quickly address safety concerns. The role also involves frequent domestic and international travel with the family, requiring flexibility and adaptability, as well as assisting with children's birthday parties, holiday planning, and family events. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years' experience working as a governess or lead nanny within UHNW or high-profile households. Job Synopsis: Spend your days engaging with an adorable 9-month-old baby girl and a 2.5-year-old son. Duties include feeding routines, developmental activities, nursery organization, and coordinating with household staff. The typical schedule for this position follows a two-week rotational schedule (flexible based on scheduling with another ROTA nanny), with coverage from wake-up to bedtime for the children. Typical working hours are 7 am - 10 pm. This role requires occasional overnight care when the children require assistance, but most nights are uninterrupted. Comfortable accommodations are provided on the family's luxury estate, including a private bedroom and bathroom, chef-prepared meals, and reimbursement for commuting expenses. The pay for this role is $40-50/hr depending on experience, plus overtime. The estimated yearly salary is between $160,000-$180,000 depending on the total number of hours worked.
