SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

Willow Springs Center has an opening for a Scheduling Coordinator.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing, complete accurate payroll, provide coordination of the skills training program, provide clerical support to nursing leadership and ensure appropriate records for milieu staff and meetings that impact staff. This position collaborates with leadership to monitor position control and to ensure there is adequate staffing within the pre-approved FTE parameters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and computer skills, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment by maintaining smooth operational workflows and supporting overall office management.

* (Note: Required orientation is 2 weeks long Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm before you start your work schedule.)

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year in a clerical/coordinator position preferred.
