Billing Specialist

National law firm, headquartered in Atlanta, GA is searching for a Billing Specialist to join their team.

This position will compile, manage and execute attorney billing, review and edit pre-bills in response to attorney requests, apply retainer funds as directed by an attorney, review and verify the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required and research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems.

The successful candidate will be able to execute complex bills in a timely manner and handle a high volume of bills per month.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years related experience in a law firm
• Experience with Aderant
• E-Billing experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
