Senior Designer - CAD

Senior Designer - CAD position at Stryker responsible for creating detailed engineering drawings, models, and design documentation to support product development and manufacturing. Requires CAD expertise and experience translating engineering specifications into compliant designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and revise engineering drawings, layouts, fixtures, and equipment designs using CAD software
- Translate engineering specifications and design inputs into detailed models and documentation
- Review drawings and documentation to verify compliance with company and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams on design evaluation and improvements
- Coordinate with suppliers on component, tooling, and system acceptance activities
Requirements
- Associate degree in Engineering Graphics, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline; or technical certification with 10+ years experience
- Minimum 4 years CAD or engineering design software experience
- Experience creating and maintaining engineering drawings, models, and technical documentation
- Proficiency with CAD software for mechanical, electrical, or product design
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Graphics or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Creo CAD software (preferred)
- Experience in regulated quality systems and document control processes (preferred)
Compensation: $72,500 - $120,900 USD Annual
