Benefits New competitive rates up to $36/hour with differential pay offered 401K with 3% employer match Daily and weekly pay Monthly gym reimbursement Tuition reimbursement CSEA Union facility Comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, and vision insurance (dental and vision free after one year) Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job responsibilities include: Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents Medication requisition with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies Collaborating with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy Working under direct supervision in accordance with the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, facility policies and procedures, and nursing judgment Delivering nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care Collecting patient/resident data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident According to state‑specific regulations, implementing the patient/resident plan of care and evaluating the patient/resident response In accordance with state‑specific regulations, directing and supervising care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations Maintaining knowledge of necessary documentation requirements Maintaining knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance, and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices) Maintaining confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications: LPN licensed by the state CPR certification required Two years of prior nursing experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
