Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with national certification At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a fellowship/urgent care experience Licensed in Washington at start date Strong communication skills, a passion for human-centered care, adaptability, and teamwork orientation Comfort with technology and navigating uncertain situations confidently Key Duties Manage a patient panel, providing comprehensive care for a variety of needs Conduct in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits Participate in ongoing professional development and team collaboration Perform in-office procedures as trained Obtain additional licensure for virtual care across states as needed Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges from $146,100 to $174,700, with additional pay based on experience.
