Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Family Medicine

Swedish Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their team in Bellevue, Washington. This co‑managed advanced practice role offers a balanced clinical day split between direct patient care and inbox management support, within a warm and welcoming work culture. Clinicians will see approximately 8 to 12 patients per day on a 30‑minute appointment template. The candidate will share a panel with three other providers but are not required to take call. The clinic is conveniently located west of the I‑405 freeway with free parking. The facility houses a specialty clinic and offers lab and x‑ray on site. Full‑time; 1.0 FTE 4‑day work week Minimum of 1 year of primary care experience highly preferred Compensation is between $134,768 and $193,898 per year Compensation is based on years of post‑licensure experience The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
