Accounting Manager

Base pay range $30.00/hr - $37.00/hr Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining effective internal controls, and leading a high‑performing accounting team. This role requires a hands‑on leader with a strong technical accounting background and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA designation strongly preferred. 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks. Experience managing month‑end close cycles and coordinating external audits. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, conditional formulas). Experience with global payroll systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar platforms). Familiarity with Financial Consolidation software (e.g., Oracle FCCS).
