Learning and Development Specialist

To support strategic business priorities, the full-time remote Learning and Development Specialist IV will provide consultative support, drive training strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses and design tailored learning solutions to meet business objectives Manage the development of educational courses and curricula, utilizing various instructional methods for effective learning Serve as a business partner to leadership and project teams, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in learning strategies Required Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design or Andragogy 10+ years of relevant L&D experience with a strong understanding of instructional design principles Experience with digital adoption platforms and Articulate software Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Prior experience in coaching and providing strategic guidance across various stakeholder groups
