Travel RN - Home Health

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Home Health with 2+ years of experience and OASIS proficiency to provide adult home health and infusion care across Lancaster, Lebanon, and Eastern York Counties.

Job Details

• Home health setting providing adult home care and home infusion services,
• Coverage area includes Lancaster, Lebanon, and Eastern York Counties,
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hrs/week),
• Weekend rotation required every 4th weekend,
• Floating across county lines may be required if patient care needs dictate,
• No on-call requirements,
• Epic charting experience heavily preferred,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (PA or Compact) required, no license discrepancies accepted,
• BLS certification required,
• ASN or BSN required,
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required,
• OASIS experience required,
• Experience with documentation guidelines including admission assessments, recertification, resumption of care, and discharge planning,
• Skills in wound care, IV/central line management, catheter care, tube feeding, and medication management preferred,
• Experience with chronic disease management including blood glucose monitoring, respiratory care, and ostomy care preferred,

Additional Information

• May provide care to COVID-positive patients,
• Facility maintains a tobacco and fragrance-free environment,
• Holiday coverage required for 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) or 1 of 2 if contract spans fewer holidays,
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract,
• Travel pairs accepted, though matched schedules cannot be guaranteed,
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius for local rate consideration,
• First-time travelers are not preferred for this position
