Process Quality Specialist

$35 per hour

responsibilities:

Develop Quality Plans, Control Plans, inspection checklists, and Q-gates for critical power distribution products (PDU, STS, UPS).
Monitor and analyze First Pass Yield (FPY) metrics and COPQ to reduce defects, optimize efficiency, and drive cost savings.
Conduct root cause analysis (8D, 5Why, FMEA) on customer complaints and defects to implement robust corrective action plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams during customer audits, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and regulatory certifications (UL, CSA, ISO).
Map manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities while supporting assembly and high-voltage test area quality standards.
