Requisition #: 669940 Location: Johns Hopkins Care at Home, Baltimore, MD 21201 Category: Respiratory Schedule: Day Shift Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary Provides direct patient care, pulmonary care, and respiratory equipment management to Johns Hopkins Care at Home Group patients. Care provided in the home setting per JCAHO, state, and departmental standards (Baltimore, MD). Provides care to adults of all ages, children, and infants. Develops and maintains the business process to ensure service excellence. Coordinates closely with the Senior R.T. regarding performance, productivity, documentation, and patient care issues. Develop and maintain knowledge of regulations and agency policies. Who Should Apply Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from a COARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy Program required Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care from a COARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy Program preferred Maryland State License required B.L.S. required A.C.L.S. preferred All credentials must be maintained with active status Current, valid Maryland Driver’s License, preferably with no points Work Experience Advanced position Two (2) years minimum clinical Respiratory experience in a hospital or home care setting Demonstrated and documented clinical and operational systems competency in a comparable RCS division Salary Range Minimum $32.40/hour – Maximum $53.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
