In this role, you will represent our brand directly, engage with potential customers, communicate key information about our services, and help create a positive and lasting impression of the company. Responsibilities Represent NextShining in a professional and engaging manner. Introduce customers and prospects to the company’s services and brand. Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently. Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. Answer general questions and provide accurate information about company offerings. Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team. Collaborate with team members to support promotional and business objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of current services, promotions, and brand messaging. Help create a welcoming and professional customer experience.
