We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and contributing to team goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Maintain organized and professional event areas.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Generate leads through customer interactions and promotional activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
