About Company

Rolling Hills Hospitality began in 2005 with a small team, one property in rural Kentucky, and a simple belief: hospitality should be thoughtful, sincere, and done with pride. Today, our growing portfolio includes distinctive hotels, restaurants, and guest experiences—and that belief still shapes how we work.

We call our approach the Rolling Hills Way. It means creating a warm welcome, caring about the details, and following through when someone needs us. We know memorable stays are built through everyday interactions, and every associate has a part in making them happen.

Taking care of our people is part of that commitment. Our leaders work alongside their teams, offer practical coaching, recognize great work, and welcome questions and ideas. We want associates to feel supported, take pride in what they do, and have opportunities to keep learning and growing. As Rolling Hills grows, we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next.
