Customer Service (Operations Support) SpecialistOrganized, adaptable, disciplined, and detail-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply! We are currently seeking a self-motivated professional to join our PASSARE team.As part of the customer on-boarding process, you will configure the Passare online platform and provide general customer support assistance. You will work with cross-functional teams including sales and customer support to realize customer satisfaction. You will utilize your expertise in customer support to move at the quick pace of a growth company.Passare is a cloud-based (SaaS) application with interconnected modules to help funeral homes improve operational efficiency and enhance communication and collaboration internally and with family members. Passare's mission is to offer a best-in-class experience for funeral professionals and the families they serve. We seek to help people connect with experts and resources that help simplify their lives and give them more control during one of life's most difficult passages, the death of a loved one. Our team, platform, and best practices make us an exciting place to work!Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred 2 years experience in customer support or operationsResponsibilities:Provide phone and email customer supportAnswer troubleshooting calls, build platform knowledge and provide technical assistanceCreate and manage configurations of the Passare SaaS system for customersLoad and validate customer system dataCreate, from customer documents, on-line versions with data tagging (based on Word, PDF templates)Training responsibilities include scheduling and setting up webinars with customersUtilize Knowledge Base to ensure processes are completed accuratelyQualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent data entry and typing skillsAbility to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectivelyAbility to gather accurate informationEffective problem resolution and critical thinking skillsAbility to use and manage web-based and database toolsStrong organizational skillsCommitment to company valuesAbout Directors Investment Group Directors Investment Group (DIG) offers an award-winning workplace that is truly one-of-a-kind.
