Delivery Driver

Trillium Drivers has an immediate opening for Local CDL & Non-CDL Delivery Drivers in Lubbock, TX for a temp-to-hire opportunity!


Pay rate is $25-$27.50 per hour, depending on driver classification, with OT after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday - Friday. This is 1st shift starting at 5AM, roughly 10-12 hours a day.


Position Overview:
-Delivering Medical Products to clinics, hospitals, and homes.
-Operating an automatic, 26-foot tandem and single axle box truck.
-Un/loading is required. Must have touch freight delivery experience.
-Local Routes. Home daily, except for being available for at least one overnight trip a week. Company will pay for hotel and provides a meal allowance.


Miscellaneous:
-Excellent customer service skills are required.
-Training is all "hands-on" with one week of computer training.
-Proper and thorough Pre and Post trips are crucial.
-Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive.
-Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, and Hours of Service rules.

Qualifications:
-Valid Class A, B or C license.
-At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable delivery driving experience.
-Valid DOT Medical Card.
-Clean MVR.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
