Our organization is currently seeking a full-time, Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Urologist to become a vital part of our outstanding Urological team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to Veterans and upholding the mission of the VA. We are in search of a Urologist who thrives in a collaborative setting and possesses strong communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues, patients, and their families. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of urological services, including pre-operative assessments, examinations, management, and all facets of adult urological surgery. Additionally, you will provide surgical interventions for genitourinary injuries and conditions, covering both major and minor procedures. Experience or training in robotics is advantageous. There is also the potential for a faculty position at a local medical college, where you will play a key role in educating urology fellows, residents, and medical students.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (with minimal on-call duties)

**The Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) is available for this position. Eligibility for EDRP requires meeting specific criteria as per VHA policy, and applications must be submitted within four months of your start date. Approval, award amounts (up to $200,000), and eligibility periods (ranging from one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after a thorough review of your application. Previous participants are not eligible to reapply for this incentive.
