Established in 2008, our practice provides cutting-edge care for a diverse range of urologic conditions, including advanced cancer treatments, robotic-assisted surgeries, and specialized solutions for complex issues like vaginal prolapse and prostate cancer. Our dedicated team consists of 9 urologists, 4 urogynecologists, and skilled advanced practice providers who work together to deliver outstanding, patient-focused care.

As a full-time Urologist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting medical assessments, diagnosing urologic conditions, and formulating personalized treatment plans.
• Performing office procedures and surgeries, utilizing advanced minimally invasive and robotic techniques.
• Overseeing post-operative care and follow-up to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes for patients.
• Participating in on-call duties (7-day rotations) with colleagues and providing care at one of 12 locations throughout the Valley and affiliated hospitals.

You will also engage in collaborative care, supported by experienced clinical teams.

Our team specializes in:

• Advanced treatments for prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers.
• Robotic-assisted surgery, Aquablation, and laser lithotripsy.
• Management of BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and more.

• 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO) plus 1 week for continuing medical education (CME) with a $3,000 allowance.

• MD/DO from an accredited institution, with board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians; both AMG and IMG candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred advanced surgical and diagnostic skills, including experience in robotic surgery.
