Credit Collections Analyst

We’re seeking a Credit Collections Analyst in Elburn, Illinois to manage and analyze customer credit requests and execute aggressive collection campaigns while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Review and process customer credit requests for the assigned portfolio. Engage in aggressive collection activities through phone, email, fax, and written correspondence. Create and analyze collections aging reports to identify high‑risk accounts. Prepare accurate credit‑related reports for management. Conduct financial analysis of customers and assess risk using industry ratios and credit history. Research industry benchmarks including liquidity, profitability, credit history, and cash flows. Evaluate income growth, management quality, market share, industry risks, and collateral value. Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. 3–5 years of credit and collections experience (or degree with 3+ years of experience). Relevant training or certification from the Association of Credit and Collections Professionals preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of collection laws and regulations. Additional Requirements Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of approved PPE, including respirators. Ability to meet fit‑test requirements for respirators.
