Store Representative
Starting at $16.00/hr, up to $18.00/hr (based on experience) Part-Time, Day Shift: 6:00am - 4:00pm availability availability needed on weekdays and weekends Be the reason our stores look their best.
Store Representative

As a Store Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are stocked, displays are set, and stores are customer-ready every day. You'll work hands-on in the store, supporting merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

What You'll Do:
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
- Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
- Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
- Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
- Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
- Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
- Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.
