SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
U.S. Marine Corps
Duties
You will supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering and technical branch, managing personnel actions, evaluating performance, and driving team productivity to achieve mission milestones.
You will direct the technical planning, development, acquisition, and life-cycle support of complex simulator and training systems utilized for operational readiness.
You will serve as a senior technical authority, conducting specialized studies to advise executive leadership on policy, technical processes, and strategic program improvements.
You will evaluate engineering competency processes, identify training gaps, and implement development strategies for senior-level technical staff.
You will manage branch resources to optimize efficiency, and oversee compliance with federal policies, including internal controls, safety, and equal opportunity standards.
